Review Summary
Generated using AI from real user reviews
Credosoft delivers solid risk-based inspection management that aligns well with how inspectors actually work. The user switched from a legacy RBI platform two years ago and found the corrosion loop management and risk ranking logic more intuitive than the previous system, reducing friction between inspection and scheduling teams. Domain expertise in support—particularly for API 581 methodology questions—is a real strength.
The main weakness is the reporting module. Custom report exports require more manual steps than necessary, and building dashboards for non-technical stakeholders demands time spent in configuration screens. The prior platform handled this better. For teams focused on inspection depth and workflow efficiency, these limitations are tolerable; for organizations prioritizing reporting ease, this gap warrants testing before committing.

“Switching from our previous RBI platform was the push my…”
Switching from our previous RBI platform was the push my department needed, and two years later I'm glad we made the call. Credosoft handles corrosion loop management and risk ranking in a way that actually maps to how inspectors think on the floor. The old system forced us to work around its logic constantly. Here, the RBI workflows feel structured without being rigid, and the inspection planning tools have genuinely reduced the back-and-forth between my team and the schedulers. Their support team is responsive and clearly knows the domain, which matters more than people admit when you're dealing with API 581 methodology questions at short notice.
That said, the reporting module is where I'd push them to do better. Exporting customized reports still takes more manual steps than it should, and if you're building dashboards for a non-technical stakeholder, expect to spend time in the configuration screens. It's not a dealbreaker, but it's the one area where the old platform actually had an edge. Still, for integrity management depth, Credosoft is hard to argue against.
