e-days is an online self-service platform that allows employees to book annual leave, track overtime, use their TOIL, clock in and out and do so much more all by themselves.

Every employee will get their own account where they can access their personal dashboard. From here they can check their holiday calendar, the number of holidays they have left and used, sickness records, view their personal information and see how much overtime they have accumulated and how much TOIL they can use.

Book annual leave: Employees can book annual leave in less than a minute. Once booked, managers will receive an automated notification where they can accept or reject the holiday in a couple of clicks.

Track absence: HR managers can quickly and easily create bespoke absence reports using our enhanced reporting feature. HR can use these reports to see if there are any absence trends and then step in and help employees in need.

See who is in: Managers can see exactly where any of their team is at any time. With multiple absence types to select from managers can see if an employee is working from home, at a conference or just on holiday. Helping them to plan for the future better.
