I used them without problems for 10 years, but now they seem to just be taking people's money and doing a runner... I don't know what happened as they used to be great. I've had websites down for months without them fixing it. I've paid for domain renewals and the domains haven't been renewed. Caused me so many headaches over the last 3/4 months. Avoid at all costs! Now the phone is unmanned and if you send an email no one acknowledges or answers it. I have a serious issue and sent them a support request on 19 October. It is now 8 November and still no reply. Support emails are ignored for critical outages, no chat function and there is a number to call, but this says we don't answer and don't leave a message as we won't get back to you. While it has worked, it has been fine, but the proof was when there is an issue and this has caused us to have a full website/email outage costing us thousands...We are voting with our feet and getting another provider! The emails are prompt when there is a problem, and they ring you back exactly when they promise to. They are also extremely patient with people who are not very good with computers, and the gentleman I spoke to today went above and beyond. We spent a long time on the telephone and he was patient even when he had been working on the issue all day long...When they email you, they don't just send an automated email but they try to explain what is going on so you are actually communicating with another person as opposed to receiving an 'automated response'.They also gave me a 'good will gesture' as I was initially unhappy, which was much appreciated.I would highly recommend this company... 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.
