What is Flowlens?
Flowlens is cloud MRP software built for Small-Medium sized manufacturers and suppliers of electrical devices, equipment, machinery and built-to-order products. Flowlens is a user-friendly cloud-based, integrated CRM, MRP and ERP solution that links to your EXISTING accounts package, Xero or Quickbooks Online. Handles bills of materials, subassemblies, stock, integrated jobs cards / works orders, planning and purchasing, RFQs, orders, dispatches, supplier management and more. Flowlens can reduce costs by replacing manual processes and spreadsheets. Our customers have achieved significant return on investment such as a 20% reduction in sales admin time and a 40% reduction in operational admin time.

Flowlens is an absolutely brilliant cloud MRP solution - FL have supported Renovo Solutions Ltd from start up to date. We needed a flexible cloud based CRM/MRP/ERP system which we knew would be developed over time - Rich and the team are achieving just that. Keep up the great work guys. I have used various accounting and stock / MRP systems and FL blows them out of the water. The work flows in the system have been well thought out and are always being refined. Before we used Flowlens it was hard to keep track of all the quotations we had been sending out therefore we were not able to followup enquiries. I now am able to schedule tasks to follow up, record feedback & hopefully secure more orders Flowlens is a good method of storing quotes & leads I like the fact that I can keep track of all enquiries and am able to set tasks to follow these up.

We use this mainly for the Sales Order function, which once set up correctly can pre-populate the full specifications of our products and the prices to save time and effort.
