Monday, August 28, 2023 #110354 Isabella Roussel from soho house (51 -100 Employees ) I would give 0 stars but since that's not possible I left 1. App is extremely frustrating to use and doesn't remember login details. When I tried to reset my password, it said I'd be sent an email which I never received. I tried to call and none of the services available were what I needed. I have now been left on hold for nearing on an hour, even though it keeps saying there's 0 ppl ahead of me in the queue. So why is no one picking up??? Complete shit, and difficult to use and navigate. No clue why companies use this.
