Very helpful and considerate, I knew very little about what I was doing and he sorted it all out for me. He stuck around for so long to make sure it was all working and answered very quickly, 1 minute response time from the ticket being submitted. Delighted to have picked this company. Tuesday, September 19, 2023 #112357 Chris Houston Tried two other provides to host Icarus for a few friends and had nothing but lag and lack of customer service. Hopped over to GTX since I knew I'd had a good experience with Project Zomboid hosting so I figured why not...(they weren't my first as the other two providers were "highly" recommended off a Google search) GTX is responsive both in their ticketing system and their live chat. Monday, August 7, 2023 #112488 Alex Hayes Outstanding company / Valheim server rent Outstanding company, these guys are on top form and the server runs great. Had a technical issue i.e i broke the server im renting. Opened a ticket and with 5/10 minutes they had already wrote back and we began to fix it. Jamie who fixed my issue was amazing and help get everything sorted, think there were others helping so kudos to them also. If you think of renting a server from GTX do it! I sent a ticket request, went to the kitchen to check the oven and James had already replied by the time I got back on the computer. Can't really fault customer service, he sorted it out quickly and professionally!
