Hello

Have been hosting for a few years cancelled because they were charging me for a website that was only a domain name will not cough all the money up so we are going to county court

they were meant to host my website after a week of stressful contact still no website went to professional company up in 2 hours
had contacted the director directly no reply

They are damaging and sabotaging their own clients!

1 Content from web-builder was deleted and even the template was changed. I cant edit and update website any longer. They ignore this issue and some team members are even rude. They have been literally fooling me over one week.
2 Content of my website was changed. My contact email was distorted (the domain in the end was deleted)
3 My widgets stopped functioning and start functioning again once widget provider, a big company pushed Heartinternet to make them work again
4 Entire domain name was once distorted so I lost all my indexing and ranking: they put php instead of original htp in the end of the domain. It worked with htp before with the same site structure and template.
5 Sometimes they just fool you and do not do what they are supposed to do especially if you want something in night time or weekend. They ask irrelevant questions over again and wait until you give up.

Getting anything out of this company is a problem and a half. The "we only deal with support through tickets" is an unnecessary step. It smacks to me of an outsourced support system. Have now tried to move my domain and web hosting away from them. They are not clear and I cannot find any information regarding this on their site. Does this not break some laws / rules.

I haven't had to deal with their customer support and pricing. But their hosting services as a web developer is terrible. When trying to upload and download I have had constant cutouts and errors. And I am talking about several domains not just one! Why they even get One Star is beyond me!

The package that Heart internet delivers is quite comprehensive and their support when I had problems was fine. However when I came to cancel my annual subscription then all clarity and ease of use disappears. It is no easy task to figure out how to cancel the web hosting package, even though it is very simple to not re-new the domain name. I was left in the position of not having a website (domain name) but having a web hosting service for a non-existent website. By the time I finally figured out how to cancel all the services, which involves numerous emails and a questionnaire, they had taken another years subscription from my account even though I had deleted my payment details! I contacted customer services and despite the fact that they had not in anyway earned the money they took from my account just one day before, they refused to give me a refund. I would stay away from this company.

Rude customer service. Talk over the top of you and dismiss the fact that what is written of their page about renewals is incorrect. Fail to renew your domain name and they threaten you with the debt collectors, even though you don't owe them money! Stay clear of this company.

The hosting itself is pretty stable and problem free. Customer service however leaves a lot to be desired. As well as a reseller account, upon their recommendation, we took a VPS too. This was so that we could apply for PCI Compliance - which was necessary to keep a credit card vendor we were using satisfied that out setup was as secure as needs be. Instead of helping us as promised and allowing us to pass the PCI Check, they simply tried to blame the check itself and say the server was fine. After 2 months of excuses and money lost - we moved to someone else and was PCI Compliant within 48 hours. Since there are other companies out there who charge the same - but give good customer support, I see no point for this company’s existence.

Worst customer service ever! Very stubborn and uncooperative. The sales people are rude and hang up the phones. Forced to join them as my account was transferred to them. I will move away as soon as I can since they refuse to refund the rest of the year hosting fee. Sadly I need to give a minimum one star to rate them. In reality they deserve no stars at all!
