I have been with Host Surf UK for just over 2 Years. I have not had any problems at all. There prices are very competitive for the services they offer. Support side of thing are also excellent.

If I was asked to recommend a Host to a friend I would defiantly send them to Host Surf UK

Shared server hosting is offline more than online, takes 4-8 hours once there is a problem to resolve the server issue. Not there own servers.

Till recently I have been satisfied with their services, but since February of 2014 it is a total nightmare. Sites are down for days if not weeks and they are doing nothing to recover. I spotted one issue by myself - it was a matter of two clicks in Cpanel SQL databases repair. Took them days to do that - and still ended up with fixing by myself. Two accounts with them - now out and happy!

Anyone needing hosting I am telling you now, give it up and look elsewhere, I would not have the space or the time to relay the endless catastrophic list of errors I have endured with Host Surf UK. Clients lost, business lost, sleepless nights and much more, if I put a price to the damage and loss of business it would be thousands and it's still not over. The worst thing has to be the lack of communication and the replies to emails that are totally useless and leave you well and truly in the dark. If I could get on national news and tell all about the shambles I would. Only thing to say is avoid unless you thrive on stress and disappointment.

With Host Surf UK everything was fine until they have moved servers to London. From that day we are experiencing problem by problem. I understand that technical support do what they can, however their turnaround time is very slow. On the day of their migration website stopped working, along with email accounts. End user had to change nameservers. Then the scam email problem came around. Despite the fact I was giving notifications about this issue nothing has been done properly. Now the problem is huge, cause the IP where server is located is completely compromised. It is listed almost on every spam blocking software, which means I can't send out emails at all as my customers don't want to receive emails from untrusted places. There is no telephone to call, only premium number, which is not answered. Completely crap communication. Nothing is as it should be. Not recommend so far.

I think it's the best hosting company. Low prices, good redundance, really helpful staff. I've never experienced any dropout. I made a great deal when I purchased my shared hosting. Full features cpanel, custom php.ini, server side compressing, and more and more great features.
