We host both our own centrally managed CRM database solutions and those of other developers, streaming the application and interfaces via Citrix XenApp and Microsoft RemoteApp to each user's computer or mobile device. This provides a backoffice system, accessible from anywhere that runs at office LAN speeds, which can take advantage of a proven rapid application development platform to meet organisations' evolving requirements. Our clients span from Myanmar (Burma), the Middle East, across Europe to the USA and unusually we have clients in India who outsource to us. Our Hyve servers are in use 24 x 7 x 365. Before migrating to Hyve, we carried out like for like tests on their internal infrastructure and found this to significantly outperform those from both Rackspace and Amazon Web Services. Despite our needs not being particularly standard, the Hyve team continue to bend over backwards to meet our requirements. Our systems have to be robust, and high performing.I have never worked with a company/provider that has their act together like Hyve. Have ZERO hesitation about putting all your faith in this group. Their service is flawless, their sales folks are real, the language is simple, the products easy to understand and deploy.These are the FASTEST systems connected by the best Internet feeds ever.We thought Rackspace would be good - but they proved archaic - everything we asked Rackspace for was hard work, and they could not deliver what the market needs.Hyve delivered on EVERY SINGLE THING.
