They enabled me to both reduce my overall IT expenditure whilst also improving uptime which was key to me investigating cloud services in the first place. Currently have a couple of cloud VMs controlled by the very impressive Control Panel. Easy to use. When I have spoken to the support team they have been more than helpful. Thursday, April 25, 2013 #7320 Martin from SMEtech Solutions I briefly used iomart's Cloud service, I wanted to use it to set up the backbone of my Cloud services company with a number of multi-tenanted solutions. Although when the machines were set up they were OK. But during the initial set-up I found the staff unhelpful and often felt that as a smaller company I was not really being appreciated, just tolerated. They are pretty expensive compared to other providers too, and always seem to push the long term contract onto you. Tuesday, December 4, 2012 #4108 Susan Would not recommend, slow to act, not helpful and hard to talk to someone when needed. Generally has been difficult to deal with since the beginning. I regret it everyday having to deal with them. Looking forward to when the contract is up so I can move from this company.
