Excellent telephone customer support and I really like the ability to create views and easily export information for analysis. Wednesday, January 14, 2015 #28900 Pam Pursley from Somerset County Council JCAD risk software helps embed risk management across the organisation The organisation needed a way to better manage its risks, rather than the disjointed arrangements we had using Excel and Word. Through positive referrals from other organisations and a comparison/interview exercise with organisations using rival software packages, I was confident that JCAD risk was the solution for us. Even though we have a 6 hour time difference, they make it work. We use JCAD Core as an electronic database of our Enterprise Risks. It is very easy to use!
