Their hosting plans are really good value for money. They're flexible too so you can easily upgrade and downgrade as and when needed and buy add-ons. I was able to install WordPress easily through the control panel and they have a number of ways to access support, not just a ticket system. I've only had one question and when I had to contact them, I used live chat and they were very helpful and made me feel valued. They have a promotion running at the moment which gives you 10% off with the promotional code 10PERCENT at checkout. All good so far, e-mail is setup and running well. Need to upload the web site once it’s finished and I will see how it performs. I tested the live chat and they responded in under a minute. Happy so far. Let’s hope it remains that way! I found their service to be second to none. Having worked in IT looking after Global major accounts for many years, I found Just Host Me far better than most out there offering a simular service.
