I've always needed hosting for my sites and have been with many different hosts over the years. I don't know how these guys do it but they have really hit the nail on the head here. The way they present the services to you is just hassle-free, yet you can easily find what you are looking for.
Since being a customer, I have never had to contact support for anything since it is easy to find it out yourself through their support database, so my judgement on customer service is from little experience - hence my 4star rating. Setting up I wanted some things confirmed and I was dealt with in minutes. From my experience with other hosting companies, I can honestly say that these guys are the best I have been with.
