"Liberty Create helped us deal with the COVID outbreak" Comments: Liberty Create is really easy to onboard, and Netcall have provided all the support we've needed over the past couple of months to enable us to build our first few applications. Pros: We created 3 apps in 3 weeks to help support residents and businesses during the COVID outbreak. We could not have done this on any of our existing platforms. We did this with staff who had just finished their 3 days initial training. Cons: We have not encountered anything we can't do yet using this software.

It didn't take long before we realised how much more potential Liberty Create offered us, and others in our business. The customer service we have received has been second to none, the Netcall team always listen to your concerns, and work with you to achieve your desired outcomes. I've always recommended the product to anyone who requires support in developing their processes, and exploring the world of automation.

"A simple platform for rapid success for the non-technical and technical alike." Comments: We are migrating away from inflexible CoTS software systems and Liberty Create is both re-engaging those business users with software and empowering them to take ownership of the product we build together. We using Liberty Create to create full end to end systems; from a web form/contact centre interaction to a back end enterprise app with integration to our other systems and outcomes delivered to the customer. Pros: The Liberty Create team have worked magic to create a platform that is simple to use and apparently limitless in what it can deliver. It runs in the cloud is secure and very fast. Our builders and users can work from anywhere which also means we can build side by side with our customer business team where we often find it is easier to build an on the fly prototype with them and gauge feedback.
