Wednesday, October 29, 2014 #25459 Mike Middleton from Sunshine Maritime I too have given Netmotivated many years of business and over the last 2 years have found customer service to be appalling, eg: They are now unable to accept credit cards or direct debit for some reason and insist all payments are to PayPal, I had a £20.00 bill for hosting one of my sites I paid as requested then had a refund from them saying I had paid it to the wrong email address! it went to netmotivatedhowever, at 2 am sunday morning I had an email from them saying my account was suspended and there it was on the web for all to see. I cancelled it after all these years and am changing to 123reg. I will do this with every domain name and hosting I own as soon as they are up for renewal. Monday, March 17, 2014 #12612 Guy Farrow from Conquest of Steel Hosted with them for a long time, but there has been a change and the customer service is now terrible. I have been waiting 4 months for a simple password reset, all communication has ceased and they have locked me out of the client area so I can no longer log tickets to complain. When I have had a response it has been either automated or told me that senior admins are looking into this. Communication has then ceased.
