I've dealt with many hosting companies, either directly for my own service, or via my clients, and Nimbus are in a different league.

From the initial setup of a new server, to support, they have made me feel like a valued customer (yes, I know, cliche, but it was the best description I could think of). It's a very personal service.

The migration of websites they initially did for me were effortless, and on the few occasions I've asked for support, or just a question, they have been quick to respond and it's never taken more than one attempt to get done/fixed what I needed.

I now have a second server with them and will be adding more.

We moved to Nimbus recently after consistent problems with our previous server provider, what a great decision it was! Luke in particular has been outstanding, providing us with fantastic support and knowledge! I do not ever see us moving away from Nimbus if this level of service continues!

Without doubt the best agency hosting solution available. We've now moved all our agency clients over to Nimbus' new Storm service and we couldn't be happier. Clients pay Nimbus directly but we have a master control panel to manage everything on their behalf. Works flawlessly and is highly recommended.
