What is OpenCRM?

OpenCRM launched in 2005 with one simple aim: to offer a credible independent UK alternative to Salesforce and the other CRM services. The business is still owned and operated by the same people who started it. At our HQ in rural Yorkshire we boast a diverse and experienced workforce who live and breathe CRM, but who are also fun, approachable and helpful. It’s how we maintain a high success rate with our clients.

Review Summary

Generated using AI from real user reviews

OpenCRM is overwhelmingly well-regarded, with 18 of 20 reviews giving it five stars. Users consistently praise the responsive support team, describing them as helpful, professional, and willing to assist with both major and minor issues. The platform earns repeated compliments for being easy to set up and navigate, with an intuitive interface that doesn't require extensive learning. Affordable pricing appears across many reviews as a genuine draw, particularly for small businesses.

The cloud-based storage and ability to centralize client information are recurring strengths that users credit with streamlining operations and removing infrastructure constraints. Several reviewers mention that OpenCRM has directly enabled business growth or helped them move away from limited on-premise servers. The two four-star reviews are not criticalβ€”they express satisfaction and recommendation, just with slightly less enthusiasm than the five-star cohort. No substantive complaints emerge across the full set; the consistency of positive feedback suggests the product delivers reliably on its core promises.
