I got 4 colds calls within 2 hours from the number 0161-711-1477 (manchester). I searched online and found that this number is associated with Orbtalk. Do you know that it is harassment to contact me with such frequency. Not only that, when I answered and I asked who it was calling, they ended the call. I've blocked this number. But everyone should know that you harass people. Terrible business method.

Beware of this company they lock you into rolling contracts that auto renew with you knowing.

They are very overpriced and charge premium for what other providers give for free.

I'm sorry but I keep getting calls from Manchester office about six times a day and it's doing my head in. I'm not interested in your company. Please stop harassing people with your cold calling it will be reported if it don't stop

Although they offer services at a cheap price, you get what you pay for so the customer service is average, the engineer support too and the sales team is really awful. The sales manager we work with is one of the most rude person I have had to deal with, and this was with no specific reason. Their interface is so complex that it is difficult to manage it yourself, feels like a trap... I definitely would not recommend!

For all business owners Avoid, Avoid, Avoid if time is of essence and don't use this service provider!

1 start because can't event use the service they charge for, money was taken payment was made but 7 days later and 3 voice mails and 4 Emails still no replay and service not working, imagine your Bussines where your calls are forwarded to Orbtalk Nr and something goes wrong your out of Bussines as the support team at Orbtalk did not assist and the sales team when asked to refund money they charged, adviced they can't do that. I never even got the chance to use there services is this a scam where they don't have service but just collect credit card details or they actually provide such service is still unknown to me.

And suport did not replay to my emails where I asked how they solve problems if any arise and in how long time I guess ignorance is the answer and hope that all things will get better them self with time
