I have been using Patrick Internet for nearly 20 years to host a number of charity websites and in one word I have found them to be ‘Excellent’. Hosting packages are fantastic value and the level of online support from the team is outstanding. I recommend them without hesitation.

Patrick Internet has been my hosting provider for as long as I can remember. I stopped counting after 9 years. The services I have received throughout the years have been nothing but perfection. They have been 5 stars from head to toe for my business and I.

Found this Company and have to say how very impressed I am with service, the speed of support is FAST, finally glad to find a decent reliable company, to transfer all my domains, buy new ones and host my sites, knowing if anything goes wrong, it will be sorted and sorted quickly. 5*****

Every year when they ask you to continue, the passwords never work. The new password link is never sent. And yet again after 3 days I am still waiting for a response from them. Zero customer service with the attitude of couldn't care less.

Chris here, the owner at Patrick Internet.
I'm very sorry you are not happy with the level of service, you are receiving. I would like to address a few things for you.
Firstly... I was very concerned that we did not have a ticket or Contact Us email, from you. I had a dig around in the server logs, and found that you had replied to a renewal email. I'm afraid we have a few email addresses to send out on, but the renewals email are captured and stored for future reference, and that includes any replies, so we will always miss them. Please always use the Contact Us form on our website, if unable to raise a ticket. We have alerts for incoming form submissions.

I've double checked, and this is the first time your password has not worked. There are many support tickets from you, at this time of year, discussing renewals. It looks like the issue you seem to constantly have, is with the PayPal payment links.

We seem to lock horns, every year, Sherron... Each year, you have renewal issues. And each year, we resolve them. In fact, in 2016, we allowed you to run 3 months overdue, without paying, because you could not get the PayPal payment links to work. So I believe we have demonstrated that we're always happy to work to the right resolution for you.

At 10:03:46 on 07/02/2019 - You raised a ticket saying:
"I have tried repeatedly to click on renew services and it won't direct me. All the other buttons work but not that one. So what do you suggest I do? "

At 11:43:23 on 07/02/2019 - 1 hour 40 mins later - we wrote:
"Hi Sherron

You could try clearing your browser cache, or hit CTRL + r, to force the page to reload, Just in case...I've sent over a payment link.

Please let me know once paid, and I will process the renewal manually for you

Please do not hesitate in contacting us if you need further clarification/information."

You then raised a further 3 tickets, on the same day, at 11:52:12, 11:52:15 and 11:52:25, all saying the same thing, and then a further ticket at 11:55:50, saying you had managed to renew.

Sherron... We have demonstrated that we want to work with you. I've read every support ticket, you have raised, and we have always been helpful and offered guidance. Even going above and beyond, at times. Maybe we're just not the right fit for you. I don't know what more I/we can do. All your issues are isolated to you, but we still respond in any way we can, to help you.

By far the worst host I have ever worked with. They take days to respond to tickets and no longer offer phone support!

Id stay well clear if you ever plan on getting a quick or even slow response.

Been with Patrick for a few years now and I can honestly say that not only is there spot on hosting, prices and customer service but a true feeling of a family run company and not a corporation. I don't mind the lack of phone contact as I rarely have time to sit on a phone, I was referred to Patrick Internet and I continue to refer them also! Keep up the great work

I have had my website with 2 previous hosting companies, prior to moving to Patrick Internet. The first was extremely expensive for hosting and my website was never updated, nor was I given any advice on SEO or making the best of the site. My second company was very poor regarding customer service, understaffed, and very slow at getting back if I had queries. I already feel, just a few days in, that Patrick Internet is a much more friendly, calm, reliable company than either of the others, offering assistance in a timely manner, very well organised, great support system, and incredibly helpful. Also giving me control over my site that I previously never had. Early days, but I am already very impressed.
