Having worked personally with RapidSwitch since before it was even called RapidSwitch, been with them through their move into Spectrum House, and continued as a personal customer until 2 years ago when my new business started. I also work with 4 other providers throughout the world, so I feel I'm a good position to give a review. The customer services team at RapidSwitch, would likely bend over backwards and let you use them as a chair, if it'd help you and your business, that's how far they're willing to go, they've pushed through custom builds, merged several plans into one for us (against normal policy), they even attended conventions with us to help us get our name out. The technical support team are cautious, but this is a good thing, the last thing you need is tech support carrying out work without confirmation at late night, and you've made a typing error. Billing are fantastic, not like a lot of companies, for example if for some magical (And VERY rare) reason there is downtime, they come to you with the credit, you do not have to chase them for it. You need hardware replaced? Sure, less than an hour, you need a KVM? 40 minutes do? Last year, 3am Christmas Day, I got a ticket response in less than 38 minutes to an emergency issue. The hardware is well maintained, and as for the network, that is flawless, completely flawless. We have a lot of machines, and as a gaming network, we get DDoS'd, nothing else goes down, you never see the effects passed up the network, no matter what you're hit with. Speaking with the staff is always a pleasure and it's like talking to a friend, but a friend with a professional attitude. The features they've spoke to me that are coming in the future, will be a great addition to their network. I've dealt with Colo@, TotalServerSolutions, OVH, DediDirect, BurstNet, FDCServers and numerous others in my time, nothing comes anywhere near close to the service you receive from RapidSwitch. Long-term customer of Dedicated servers, colocation, cabinets and site to site links.
