The system will not call leads first, so we have spent more time than it's worth. I would recommend trying everything else before this product unless you want to invest serious time and money. Monday, April 9, 2018 #58628 James Smith Their customer service is absolutely horrible. Ever since I first signed up they have obviously changed the way they handle customer service. Originally they had their own call center with staffed agents. Then I started noticing situations where they had "level" techs. These were basically glorified secretaries that took all your information, said pretty words and then transferred to someone who dealt with the issue. It was inconvenient and time consuming but it wasn't a horrible experience. Now when you call it is straight up a call center reading off a script. They have no idea what the product even is and they just try to help you by pointing out the website FAQs or telling you something they are reading off a piece of paper. They are trained so horribly that you can actually detect the timing when they are reading off the paper. Horrible customer service. Did you find this review helpful?
Monday, April 9, 2018 #58624 David Ring Central is THE WORST!!! We have had problems since the day our system was installed. When we call for support we are put on hold for two hours or longer. I wrote letters to the CEO and SVP of Customer Service at Ring Central MONTHS ago with NO response whatsoever. We are trying to cancel our service but have been told we can only do so by calling a specific phone number but when we call we are put on hold and no one ever comes to the phone. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY…BAD NEWS!!!he absolute worst. Do yourself a favor and read the countless reviews of customers having the same issues as myself. This service was forced on us from our corporate office, replacing our normal landline phones that used to ring in our office with NO issues. We have constant dropped calls, calls where you hear every 10th word, calls where you hear nothing at all. Sometimes, the calls don't even register, and all the sudden a voicemail pops up (that you probably can't understand anyway) Constantly having to log out and log back in to "reset" it. I feel very sorry for anyone who has 2 years, 3 years or more on contract with this company. If I wasn't "on the hook" for 12 months, I would switch to ANY other Cloud phone service.
