The support team go above and beyond expectations and are also straight to the point.We’ve had to run a few disaster recovery’s, all of which were restored very quickly and with no issues afterwards. The support team keep on top of the backup reports, and notify me if a schedule has missed or has any issues. These are resolved within the same day in time for the next schedule. I completely trust Safe Data Storage with the backup solutions and with the support. Not a bad word to say about any of the Safe Data Storage team. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a complete backup partner solution or a simple file and folder backup. Then I contacted Safe Data Storage Ltd. What a complete contrast! Extremely helpful (nothing was too much trouble) and uncomplicated at a very reasonable cost. For those of you who are not technically minded, don't worry as setting up is very straight forward and Rob is at the end of a phone to help you out if you need him. I would highly recommend SDS!
