Friday, February 3, 2012 #1020 Mark Thompson from (Private) The technical customer services is really 2nd to none. Whilst they may not be the absolute cheapest, they do deliver. Lack of phone support for non critical issues means you have to be happy with email communiations, but emails are responded to quickly and usually resolve any issue first time.
