Thursday, April 3, 2025 #118656 Julia Craig-McFeely from Old-style Siamese Club (2 - 10 Employees) Like the reviewer from 5 Feb, our website suddenly went down at the end of March and the person who runs this business is not answering any form of contact. It is clear that this is a tiny business (despite the *big* claims on his website) and the single person running it has given up, but not let any of his clients know. We are completely stuck as we cannot reach him to release our domain name (perhaps he has died?). I imagine there will be a number of clients in the same position as the websites gradually keel over for lack of maintenance. I have been trying to get help from them & they do not answer. I have submitted requests for help every day for a week to their "Live Chat Support" & also sent daily email tickets for support & I have had no response.
