Friendly, very professional, they work weekends, very efficient, they do not spam you with offers they just mail you if you need to know something, I had a small problem with the server & it was fixed within 20 minutes (on a Sunday). Seriously I could go on but you get the idea, I will say if you're looking for a serious, professional hosting company then you've found here.
