Golden Lane Housing is going through a transitional period and our team was looking for a solution that could become an all-encompassing hub for our communications and performance management. Additionally, we wanted a system that would allow us to measure employee engagement beyond just staff turnover metrics and employee surveys. We wanted real-time data and information. So staff circle solves most of our problems in terms of HR management, communications etc. My primary contact is Seb and he's always on hand to help me out with pretty much anything I need help with. He's responsive to his emails, always finds time to speak with me. I don't have a bad word to say about him, the service or the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike? There are a couple of things I would like to have seen within the platform that aren't currently there. The customised platform is very user friendly but ultimately, I have been most impressed with ongoing support which has been continuously offered. Any query or change I have requested has been actioned promptly by Ollie Simpson who is always happy to help (no matter how silly I feel my question is), he really has got the patience of a saint & very good at tutorials especially on a Teams group setting which is not always easy. I am impressed with the holiday booking system as well as the performance management we as a company have just used for the first time and now know these will be a vital part of our business moving forward. Very responsive when changes were needed or when we needed assistance. When we suggested tweaks to improve minor niggles it was met with appreciation and some are now under review for future updates.
