Dylan and his team have been invaluable in implementing a new marketing automation platform into Reputation.com which can be a massive undertaking for any business new to automation. Their extremely granular knowledge of the complexities of marketing automation and how it can be used for demand and lead generation, brand awareness and content marketing proves that they are at the top of their game. Willingness to share information and guide on best practice means that the customer journey in terms of emails, landing and thank you pages and access to content is seamless and relevant to where they are in the sales process. Any business looking to flex social, digital and automation to underpin better targeting and sales qualified leads, would do well to connect with Dylan and his talented team

The team at Superfluity are incredible and are probably unique in the UK in regards to their sheer depth of marketing automation knowledge. Knowing how to use a platform is one thing. Knowing how to create incredible omni-channel, in context content is another. Understanding how they both fit in with everything else social and digital is another thing altogether and the icing on the cake is their real world commercial experience which directly translates through into their work. I'm really happy to work with them and we exclusively recommend them to our own customers.

The team at Superfluity are a great agency partner to work with because they really understand marketing automation, content marketing and digital/social marketing as a whole. They are completely comfortable using the full capabilities of our platform and they innovate from there to extend the boundaries of what is possible with Act-On when you incorporate the full spectrum of digital solutions. Looking at their performance within the platform in terms of the hard numbers, they're clearly helping their own clients engage and are getting stunning results by working with Act-On.

We were initially cautious in engaging Superfluity given bad experience with other agencies in the last 12 months. Four months down the line and we only wish we'd engaged them sooner. Initially, Superfluity helped grow our social presence and reach on Twitter quickly and effectively and made social media a high performing channel for us. Vitally, that gave us confidence in their digital and content led approach and in their ability to deliver. Consequently, we were convinced by them to move from a traditional led marketing strategy towards one which placed marketing automation and content marketing at the centre of our business. Embracing this has really pushed myself and the team in an exciting new direction with our demand generation, drip marketing, lead nurturing and customer relationship marketing. We're still early on in our relationship with Superfluity but they provide us with excellent value for money, they frequently go above and beyond and they constantly innovate. We've been especially impressed by Superfluity's ability to really get underneath our business and crystallise that knowledge into insightful content and successful marketing strategy. Being able to internally converge social, digital and automation across our b2b and b2c markets was an aspiration for us but the requisite experience to adopt and implement automation ourselves was an overwhelming and expensive challenge and we just weren't convinced by other agencies we looked at who all seemed to solely focus on accumulating clients. It was thus a tremendous benefit to be able to outsource the 'mission control' of all of that to a single trusted and credible partner with a mature team and we always feel like they give us their full attention. It's not a stretch to say that they have directly helped transform our business.

They're refreshingly genuine, reliable and straight talking and are one of those rare agencies with the ability to quickly identify, implement and deliver on innovative, sustainable and agile solutions that really work. With Superfluity there is no BS, no classic agency fluffiness and no relegation of our account to a junior manager fresh out of university. Outsourcing our automation project to Superfluity has proven to be very cost effective and they have empowered us to really galvanise all our social and digital channels and embrace the remarkable power of marketing automation.
