We are currently implementing Vacancy Filler at Thurrock Council to help manage our recruitment process digitally end-to-end. Whilst we aren't yet live I have already been impressed by their willingness to work with us to achieve our goals - ensuring integration is a priority and understanding our needs. From what I have seen the system can do already I am confident it will help streamline how we manage our recruitment process and ensure an enhanced candidate experience. I hope to leave another review in early 2017 once we are live and using the system!

I have been using Vacancy Filler since 2012 and throughout this time the system has been refreshed and updated to take into account feedback and suggestions. The support from the team to us and to the applicants is always quick and positive.
The system allows me to handle a high volume of applicants quickly and easily and line managers to access their applications on-line at anytime, making our response more timely.
The process has reduced our advertising budget, administration time and costs, and using the interview booking system we have seen an increase in attendees for hard to fill roles. Data from the available reports also allows us to review and improve our recruitment plans.

Having used Vacancy Filler for 1.5 years I am consistently impressed with high level of customer support and the fact that the team are always looking for ways of improving the system.
I find VF very user-friendly in all aspects and our recruitment advertising costs have reduced significantly.

I originally came to Vacancy Filler as a candidate through their careers page applying for a role. I didn't think too much about it at the time, but looking back, it was an easy process to follow, on-brand and i was contacted via both email and text throughout the course of my application so I always knew what was happening. The added touch of being able to use a web page to select my interview time was also pretty impressive. A few months later and I was offered a job with them. 2 and a half years later I am still here and loving the company and the software that they produce. So much commitment to helping customers get exactly what they need and the technology to back it up.

Efficient and cost effective solution deployed in March 2014. Vacancy Filler is particularly well suited for recruiting IT / professional posts, saving time for the hiring managers whilst enhancing the candidate experience. Applicant communications are integrated into short-listing, testing and interviewing processes. Expired vacancies are removed automatically, which prevents application submissions after the closing date.

Costs have been reduced by using Vacancy Filler's integrated job board service, which has reduced agency fees and helped improve applicant caliber as well as quantity. Print advertising costs, postage, and stationary have also been reduced, whilst being able to centrally manage all applicant communications including scheduling of interviews is a great time saver.

Training and support is excellent, and Vacancy Filler are responsive to suggestions for further enhancements. Being cloud-based, new features are being added all the time. I've deployed the customised application forms and would now like to manage more of the recruitment process within the system. I'm now looking at early adoption of the request to recruit and new starter on-boarding workflow modules.
