Tuesday, April 2, 2024 #115378 S Tyler from My Own Company That Does Not Exist (1 Employee) Their customer service seems to be non-existent. I purchased licenses for three products and am having the same issue with all three. I opened a ticket and a month and a half later, I still have heard only crickets. They say someone will respond to help "as soon as possible." I guess 1.5 months isn't soon enough yet. Or, they're waiting until my licenses for the products expire so they can charge me their full tech support rates, which seems more likely. They haven't even replied to say something like, "sorry it's taking so long to get to your issue, blah, blah, blah." Only a computer-generated auto-reply.
