EMS Manager is the best product on the market for EMS/Fire scheduling. Our company has been using EMS Manager for several years now and we could not be happier. Prior to EMS Manager we tried a couple of other internet based programs without luck and prior to that we were doing all of our scheduling by hand. EMS has made my job so much easier leaving me time to concentrate on my other duties. Their customer service is amazing, anytime that an issue arises (which is rarely) they are a phone call away and you actually speak to one of their tech support people. And usually within minutes your problem is resolved. I give Aladtec and EMS Manager an A!
