Since Alpharacks has closed its door, we now received offers from "PSK Hosting" on a daily base. Seems they have simply changed their name. We have had a Windows VPS with them. But it turned out that this VPS was generated from two year old image, which took two days to update. Even worse, it was infected with several malware. One was coinminer! Of course they denied all and everything. I am glad that we could get out during the 3-day refund period, but 12 months later Paypal again charged our CC. Oh yes, they have had forgotten to remove us from their customer list. Sure. And now they seem to disguise as PSK Hosting. Avoid!

Alpha Racks has been no help in getting our servers back up and running due to their "outage." NFP was great until they were bought by this joke of a company. I would not trust any review over 2 stars from 05/16/19 to today because currently most servers from them are down.
