The owners of the software for this site, Christie Spooner & Grant Panarese NEVER returned my emails or calls to explain why. They should be ashamed of themselves for their POOR business practices. If you're thinking of using this site, keep in mind, if you encounter a problem of any kind, there is ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I've been selling on Auctionninja for two years now. It is the best online auction platform I've found! The fees are very reasonable and the support is amazing. In the two years, I've had maybe 1 or two minor glitches which is phenomenal compared to other online auctions I've used. The site has many sellers, and not all are equal, please realize that when you see a complaint, it's usually due to that SPECIFIC seller, but Auctionninja takes the heat. Auctionninja is probably the brand I recommend most out of anything I use.

Auction said it was closing at a certain time, I won multiple auctions, and then all of the sudden all auctions from that sale added another 24 hours. The auction said I won, that I had the winning bid and it was closed. And now everything is extended for a DAY. 3 hours AFTER the auction closed I received an email saying the seller extended the close date... This is not a soft closing, this is a scam. Sellers should not be able to extend an auction AFTER the auction has closed, regardless of any issue, the Auction ended. They also have zero support. If you click on 'bidder support' for items or purchases on their website nothing happens, you're just at the FAQ page. No support, bad business practices, don't trust this site.
