BeDot Media Group is a limited company started in 2007 and based in the East of England. Using the latest technology we service businesses and government organisations worldwide, offering our clients help and technology needed to answer their technological needs. Our dedicated UK team provides hands on support and is available to speak to you in regards to your services, offering a full digital consultancy service. We began simply offering our web design service, as we grew a greater need to host the websites we designed became imperative. In 2009 we incorporated business strength cloud hosting solutions for our clients, this provides the reliability to ensure your website is always available. This improved loading speeds and provides client to this day with some of the best hosting solutions available. In 2012 a series of large acquisitions allowed the company to become VAT registered, a Nominet registrar and offer an even wider range of solutions to our clients.

Bedot Media have been a life saver for me, they took over the company that was originally handling my domain business, badly, and transformed the service to nothing less than excellent in no time. Later I transferred my ISP server business to Bedot, the service has been paramount. They are the most diligent provider I have dealt with so far, customer satisfaction is at the top of their agenda and the service is a breath of fresh air for Internet provider services that are inherently faceless and flaky at best. You will receive extremely prompt responses to issues and queries with very quick fixes, a friendly sympathetic approach, understanding that the quality of their business directly effects the quality of your business. If you are looking for Internet services, look no further, Bedot are one in a thousand, most will mess you around, give little support and reamain cloaked from the real world in terms of being directly contactable. “We needed a new hosting company for the many school…”
We needed a new hosting company for the many school websites we manage. Moving so many sites with a variety of technologies behind them was a nerve-wracking proposition but BeDot made the whole process stunningly easy and were ALWAYS available to answer questions and to re-assure us all was going well. We cannot recommend BeDot highly enough. The quick and personal responses are fantastic and the pricing is fabulous value for money too.
