SCAM. The WORST software company I have ever worked with. I would give a 0 star review if possible. Totally incompetent. Don't make the same mistake as us please. They shouldn't be in business. 1. Chetu lied to us. We paid for senior engineers and got engineers that were barely junior. 2. They faked progress in Zoom demos. They coded things solely for demos that didn't work and were broken. 3. We threw out most of the code. Horrible architecture. Riddled with errors. 4. Our instructions were ignored at every meeting.

We are a small startup development team and with the scale of what we are trying to build we simply did not have enough personnel to get our projects off the ground in an expedient fashion. Chetu's developers were ready to go as soon as we signed on with them. They were able to follow our team lead's (me) instructions and understand the work that needed to be done. Communication has been excellent throughout and the code produced is clean, functional, and most importantly well documented, making it very easy for us to plug into our existing code base and get these projects up and running significantly faster than we could have without their help.

A quick shout out to the folks at Chetu, and in particular the team "assigned" to walk alongside us as we work to improve our Salesforce implementation here at our company. We have been working with Chetu for these improvements since November 2019, and the process overall has been very smooth. Chetu has worked on 2 projects with us so far, each of which were to assist with the management of our business processes, such as customizations for our aviation student-trainer class schedules, trainer hours including payroll, etc., and a tighter "API centric" integration of our SAP Litmos LMS learning management system with Salesforce, in order to automate some of those processes. I would definitely consider Chetu a "force multiplier" helping me better use my development/management experience. We use Salesforce as our principal CRM, client scheduling and employee payroll platform, and having Chetu assist with making all these tools better has been invaluable.
