We made the switch to CloudTalk to try and ease a lot of our admin duties when it came to monitoring inbound and outbound calls. The transition was smooth and it was easy to navigate the application for our team. We receive quite a lot of calls on a daily basis, so being able to see details relating to the caller as well as being able to link their details to Intercom to follow up is extremely useful for us.

CloudTalk has allowed me to be more flexible regarding my business communication with my clients abroad. Since I'm based in Europe, I always have encountered difficulties contacting my partners in the States cost-efficiently. We needed a dialer for our CRM and tested Cloudtalk. Since first day one we are very happy with it because everything works and the Support is very fast as well. I highly recommend Cloudtalk. The only Point I want to mention are the costs of 9 Cent per minute if you are calling with a mobile number which you need to by as well. The landline number is cheaper and costs only 1 cent per minute.
