We also run the UK's most successful promotional products trade show, the Promotional Products Expo (PPE). We purchased Customer Focus Software in 2005, adding their powerful business management software to our portfolio. Distributors now had all the tools they needed to market their business, deliver great customer service, and reduce operating costs. We launched a cloud-based version of Customer Focus, called VISION, into the UK and USA in 2010. This is designed for smaller distributors who don't carry inventory, and allows you to manage your entire promotional products business from any device with an internet connection. It's also delivered with a promotional products website so you can market your services online. More recently we launched SignStore, an eCommerce website coupled with an HTML Online Designer, specifically tailored to the needs of sign makers. We re-branded from Trade Only to Customer Focus in 2015, going back to the original name of the software. Having started out with specialist services for promotional products and print brokers / managers, we now offer services into the sign industries, corporate apparel, personalised gifts and more. Customer Focus better reflects our broad user base, and more importantly our unwavering commitment to delivering you services that will help your business succeed.
