The system integrates well with other services. The developers are also pleased with the serious attention to regulatory procedures - all EMA protocols are taken into account. We have been using the platform for several months. So far we have not found any disadvantages except for a few bugs at the very beginning.

Several systems for data handling are integrated here, namely remote data entry, data management, web-randomization and even log pads of trial subjects. The program is well adapted for report generation. The design is neutral and very basic, but this is more of a benefit than a drawback. A special thanks to the support service - the staff is competent, responsive and quick to help. Initial settings may seem complicated, but that's just because of the system's overly broad functionality.
