I was having a really hard time securing financing for my surgery because of my low credit score. That's when Denefits came in for the win! They do not require any credit checks, and that saved my life. I was able to finance my surgery and pay it off over time, carrying on with normal life after that. LOOK AT MY POOL, It’s BEAUTIFUL! I personally want to thank Austin & his pool company! Not only did they construct this beauty for me, but they offered Denefits which made me feel ready to take on the project by myself! I was always iffy about installing a pool because of the expensive process and upkeep of it all, but Denefits really made it a no-brainer! I bit the bullet, obviously. So cause i am new to owing a pet, I had no idea that cats had to get dental cleanings until my vet looked at my little Petunia’s teeth at her annual checkup. She had gingivitis! I scheduled her cleaning stat, but the poor girl ended up needing to get three teeth extracted. I'm telling you my jaw practically hit the floor when I saw the bill. That little kitty makes me spend this much? Wow!! I already work two jobs, and it’s not like the tooth fairy was going to leave some money for Petunia’s teeth. Plus the pet insurance we have doesn’t cover cleanings or extractions. Thank goodness that my vet told me about financing through Denefits which allowed me to pay the out-of-pocket cost overtime. Denefits made it possible for me to get my mom the chiropractic services that she needed. Someone hit her car and disappeared, but she needed help with her back. I knew I wouldn’t be able to afford chiropractic services upfront right away, but I had to take her to get looked at. I was so happy to learn that the provider actually used Denefits! I mean I hadn’t heard of it prior, but I was just glad that my mom could get the services that she needs at a low monthly price.

Seeing my regular patients struggle to pay for services being provided at my own clinic, has been tough on me. All I want to do is improve their quality of life by helping them with a proper eye and vision care. When I actually heard about Denefits, I was pretty cautious & skeptical about it at first but i had to do something & so far denefits has been amazing in helping my patients! Thanks to their financing software a patient of mine that had to have cataract surgery was able to finance the cost! Unfortunately, a lot of vets don’t offer payment plans, which sucks when it's a situation of life & death for a pet. I first used Denefits when my vet mentioned it as a financing solution. I was getting ready to apply, but my vet said they didn’t need to run a credit check and that I’d be instantly approved! My credit isn’t the best either, so I thought I’d be denied so that was a relief. Throughout my contract, Denefits kept in touch and made sure I understood the charges. I personally never had an issue.

“In February, I was trying to make a payment on…”
In February, I was trying to make a payment on their new patient portal. I hit one "make payment" and button and the company charged my debit card for my ENTIRE balance. There was no confirmation screen,or anything, it was a one button misleading transaction. I called them immediately explained what had happen and they refused to do anything about it. They claimed it was impossible and that they were keeping the money. I begged and pleaded, offered to pay more money that what I was originally making a payment for, expressed to them what position this was putting me in and they STILL refused to do anything. It was later revealed to me by a Denefits team member, they could have helped me from the beginning if they wanted to. They just refused. I made a claim a bank with claiming the charge was unintended and that Denefits knew this and were keeping the funding anyway. I asked for screen shots of my transaction or a video. In response to this, they sent the bank screenshots they manufactured of my transaction and were not actually from my transaction. I knew right away these weren't' from transaction. asked repeatedly if these screenshot were of my real time transaction or if they created them. They NEVER gave me a straight answer. My suspicions were later confirmed by a a more senior member of their team. They sent the bank MANUFACTURED screenshots as if they were of my own experience. Amazingly deceptive. These also showed nothing about what the actual screen looked like or the payment option buttons. I spent a month trying to work with them and get answers but they just kept refusing to answer questions and pushing me off saying"there is nothing we can do". So, with the deceptive information, the bank reversed my claim and again the money was taken unexpectedly out of my account. Right in the middle of a pandemic I remind you. After this, I told them my plan to go public with this information and my story. A nice woman then tried to actually help me get some funding back but at that point it was too. She also confirmed they COULD HAVE DONE THIS FROM THE BEGINNING...and none of this needed to happen The money had already been taken out, and they couldn't give any real time line for when I could receive any of the money. So I decided to just let them keep their precious money and I would let the public know about their deceptive practices. I documentation to prove everything I wrote here. BEWARE BEFORE YOU DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
