Knowing how important self-management can be to a busy office, we made sure it includes an employee portal and time keeping piece. Our goal is to provide a resource and tool for the over 12 million small businesses struggling to keep abreast of all the needed HR functions. EffortlessHR is different from other HR programs as it is built from an HR perspective - not payroll, benefits, etc. - even though we interact and support these important functions.
