Review Summary
Generated using AI from real user reviews
Enolytics delivers solid analytics value for growing teams, though support responsiveness could be faster. The platform shines with DTC analysis dashboards that automatically surface meaningful patterns like Wine Club retention without heavy data prep work, and multi-user access setup is intuitive enough that it doesn't create administrative bottlenecks as headcount scales. The main friction points are onboarding documentation that skews technical—leaving less data-savvy team members needing hands-on guidance—and support latency, which can be frustrating for fast-moving startups. The customer team itself is responsive once you connect with the right person, but getting there takes longer than ideal. For a business at an early growth stage, the platform justifies its place despite these rough edges.

“Onboarding a data analytics platform when your headcount is still…”
Onboarding a data analytics platform when your headcount is still growing fast is a gamble, honestly. About two months in, I can say Enolytics has held up better than I expected. The DTC analysis dashboards are the standout for my work, particularly how they surface Wine Club retention patterns without me having to wrestle the data into shape first. As we've added people to the team, sharing views and setting up access for new hires has been straightforward enough that I'm not the bottleneck every time someone needs a report.
That said, the onboarding documentation assumes a certain level of comfort with data tooling that not everyone on my team has. Two colleagues needed hand-holding that the help docs just didn't provide, and getting useful answers from support took longer than I'd like for a startup moving at our pace. Their customer team is responsive once you reach the right person, just not always fast. Still, for where we are as a business, this is pulling its weight.
