Review Summary
Generated using AI from real user reviews
Enterprise Health delivers solid analytics for occupational health teams, though the custom reporting tools need refinement.
Users praise the out-of-the-box dashboards, which handle case volumes, return-to-work timelines, referral outcomes, and absence trends without requiring spreadsheet work or manual formulas. The scheduled reporting feature also stands out—it automates weekly summaries to HR partners without ongoing manual effort. Surveillance tracking integrates cleanly into reports, helping teams spot patterns early. The core platform appears intuitive enough that a twelve-person team across multiple sites can onboard quickly.
The main weakness is the custom report builder, which functions but lacks intuitive design. One user spent two days configuring a dashboard tile that combined metrics—a task that should be faster. For teams needing only standard reports, Enterprise Health works well. Those requiring frequent custom analysis may find the builder frustrating and time-consuming. The platform seems best suited to occupational health operations that fit its existing report templates rather than heavily customized workflows.

“The dashboards genuinely stopped me in my tracks the first…”
The dashboards genuinely stopped me in my tracks the first time I pulled them up. Coming from a setup where reporting meant exporting raw data into spreadsheets and hoping someone had updated the pivot table, Enterprise Health's analytics layer felt like a proper step forward. Case volumes, return-to-work timelines, referral outcomes, absence trends by department. All of it sitting there, ready to filter and slice without me writing a single formula. That alone made the enterprise rollout feel worth the effort.
My occupational health team, all twelve of us spread across four sites, got up to speed on the core reporting suite faster than I expected. The scheduled report function is particularly useful. I set it up once, and now our HR partners get a weekly summary without chasing me. The surveillance tracking integrates into those reports cleanly enough that I can spot patterns before they become problems. That is exactly what this kind of platform should do, and Enterprise Health largely delivers on it.
My one genuine frustration is the custom report builder. It works, but it is not intuitive. I spent the better part of two days trying to configure a dashboard tile that combined two data sources, and the logic for joining fields is buried in documentation that reads like it was written for someone already familiar with the system. Customer service was helpful when I eventually raised a ticket, but a more guided setup wizard would save new users a lot of time. Still, given how early I am in the rollout, the positives already outweigh that friction by a fair margin.
