“I have had horrible luck getting any response from the…”
I have had horrible luck getting any response from the company. Since they don’t have a contact phone number or anything. I have filled out multiple tickets (960230 on 7/12/19, 527672 on 7/10/19, 969623 on 4/15/19 and 995621) all of which the company has sent out the email saying they received it, but no further response from the company. Strictly based of the amount of attention they have shown to address my concerns I have given a single star. I hope they read this a chose to reach out.

“They will not cancel my service and have been billing…”
They will not cancel my service and have been billing me for 6 months. I had to call the bank and put a stop to it. I then put in a support request saying hey, you guys never canceled my account from support ticket #109076. They closed my inquiry tickets about the issue without response!!! In short, never do business with a company that doesn't have a phone number. Thats pretty much the lesson I've learned here.

I purchased a "The Forest" gameserver only to find out that they no longer supported it when it was supposed to be delivered. I contacted support and they said they would refund me. This was 5 months ago. I check my statement a few days ago and see that I have been charged 8$ every month since then. They are not replying to my support tickets since they have been open for 4 days now.

“This company was amazing! They have only been out for…”
This company was amazing! They have only been out for a couple days but I had purchased a Grand Theft Auto V FiveM Server from them but I didn't know that you needed the FiveM client. The support responded in minutes and guided me on each step. Made a ticket system seem like a live chat!
