FloristWare has been our front end management system for over 10 years - the system has grown with us and FloristWare keeps our front end on track. The system’s ability to integrate with other systems like Shopify and Quickbooks is a plus. FloristWare manages our required data, our Customer and Recipient info, delivery confirmations, prints enclosure cards etc., anything required or helpful for running an accurate, detailed front end/POS system in a Flower Shop. Researching anything from a single sale to an entire year’s sales is as easy as a few key strokes - detailed reporting for any reason is accurate, easy to obtain and complete. The FloristWare system itself is very intuitive, easy to use - training staff on the system is super simple – our moto during training is “read the screen” because all of the pertinent information required is right there. FloristWare’s pricing is value packed for the system – highly recommended – wouldn’t use any other system.
