FocusIT, Inc is the largest provider of CalyxPoint Hosted Service in the country. FocusIT, Inc recently released a Mortgage CRM software built specifically for mortgage companies that use Point software, but need better reporting and management service. Closing loans from a hotel lobby in Phoenix, from a regional office in Charlotte, from my living room at midnight. focusIT's hosted Point environment handles all of it without skipping a beat. Five years into this enterprise rollout and I still marvel at how well the remote access holds up under real production pressure. No VPN headaches, no version conflicts, no frantic IT calls when someone on my team connects from a new device.
The Mortgage CRM reporting layer added on top of Point is what pushed this from useful to genuinely indispensable for a distributed team. Customer support actually picks up when something goes sideways. Worth every dollar.
