“We used Foundation Source to set up a private foundation…”
We used Foundation Source to set up a private foundation and could not be less impressed with the service. It is highly expensive and for that you would expect that the process would be hassle free - this is completely not the case. We were constantly bombarded with more paperwork and there were regular "issues" to be resolved. Further, when we terminated our agreement it became apparent that the structure of how Foundation Source sets up bank accounts/registration with filings etc was highly convoluted and the transition to self-management was time consuming because of this. We would not recommend.
