Our session with Grovention began with the ideation process regarding the workflow model, and within 3 days, we got a response from them. They shared a workflow model attached with a wireframe to visualize our website's first look, and they explained the necessary functionalities that will be performed in a user journey. After concluding on the wireframe with a few improvisations, we mutually moved forward for the design phase. Their design team was instrumental in bringing a simplified, aesthetic design to the website. After the website was live, there were few bugs addressed, which was fixed by them instantly. It was pleasant to see the website the way we wanted for our vertical. The design is unique and matches the industry standard. We have checked all the functional elements, and it works fine. Besides that, we also assigned them to manage our social media handles for SMO, SEM & SMM. During the project period, Our top priority was revamping our website, and the Grovention team did an excellent job helping us achieve our goal. They provided us with some wireframes, designed graphic elements, and helped us switch our old website content to WordPress. During the development phase, they collaborated with us and created beautiful, insightful web pages showcasing our services and solutions. As our business was intended to have no third-party person interference during the deal between the company and customers, the primary headache was about how to deal with queries that the users generally ask brokers. At the project's first meeting, we showed our concern about creating a transparent design plan for the website with features that can help achieve our objectives. In return, they prepared a feature list, including an integrated form to allow our users to contact us directly and submit their queries. We also asked them to emphasize on security of user data, and they made an enormous effort to achieve it accurately. As per the meeting, they had designed a dedicated module for account opening and instant loan sanction facilities. We also worked on integrating APIs for site navigation and dynamic search solution for our users. They have covered almost 90% of the site design and development. Still, the credit check and loan calculator features are pending on the checklist to be covered on our website. Once the website goes live, we will continue with digital marketing services. They informed that there will be four major modules for the website that include visitors, doctors, patients and the administrator. At the end, we got a website and an admin management system that allowed us to make updates to the site. The web design, development, training, aftercare, and some marketing was handled by them. The design and development work lasted about 6 months and now they are working on SEO and content marketing of the website. We had a good time working with Grovention.
