After several months of experience with HostUpon, I believe that I have found the best Web Hosting provider for my needs. I want to recognize the superior Technical Support that I received from the HostUpon Toronto based Tech Support staff, especially John Kendall who exceeded my expectations with his efforts to assist with the migration of several large Websites from a German owned, US based hosting facility. Over the past 20 years I have seen most of the Customer Technical support provided by other Web Hosting companies move overseas to foreign call centers. The quality of support for almost every other Web Hosting company that I have dealt with in the past decade has deteriorated significantly, to the point where it is nearly useless for anything but common user questions from inexperienced users. I am very happy to find that HostUpon has taken a different approach and kept their Technical support in house and employ competent staff to provide this service. I have now closed my other Web Hosting service accounts with other Hosting providers and moved most of my websites to HostUpon with only a few low volume Websites still hosted on local servers. For low cost and reliable basic Web Hosting services ... with excellent Network performance Host Upon is the best that I have found within the last decade.
