We were looking for a PMS that offered integration with DATEV. That was particularly important to us. HotelFriend also impressed us as a very user-friendly system that makes managing reservations easy and offering additional services straightforward. We recommend HotelFriend for hotels in Germany. Wir haben nach einem PMS gesucht, das eine Integration mit DATEV bietet. Das war für uns besonders wichtig. HotelFriend überzeugt zudem als sehr benutzerfreundliches System, mit dem Reservierungen einfach verwaltet und Zusatzleistungen unkompliziert angeboten werden können. After many years with HS3 PMS, we decided to switch to a modern and comparable system from a German provider. HotelFriend even exceeded our expectations, and the transition was seamless. The system is intuitive and very easy to use. At the same time, it meets all German requirements, including e-invoicing, GoBD compliance, and fiscalization. We are particularly pleased with the front office and check-in processes, as these save us considerable time and simplify our daily work. Another major advantage is the event management. We can now easily plan weddings and events, create clear function sheets, and manage everything centrally. Nach vielen Jahren mit HS3 PMS haben wir uns entschieden, auf ein modernes und vergleichbares System eines deutschen Anbieters umzusteigen. Mit HotelFriend wurden unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen und der Umstieg verlief reibungslos. Das System ist intuitiv und sehr einfach zu bedienen. Gleichzeitig erfüllt es alle deutschen Anforderungen, einschließlich E-Rechnungen, GoBD und Fiskalisierung. Besonders zufrieden sind wir mit dem Front Office und den Check-in-Prozessen, da diese uns deutlich Zeit sparen und den Arbeitsalltag erleichtern. Ein weiteres großes Plus ist das Event Management.
