Not only do we offer the nations most accurate personal lines rater, we now offer commercial rating and agency management software. IBQ was founded in 1997, by two independent agents who recognized a need for a comparative rater in order to stay competitive in the insurance industry. When national carriers began to use the web to sell direct to the consumer, it was obvious the independent brokers would need to utilize the same online strategies in order to compete. With the addition of these online strategies we were able to leverage the power of the independent broker, with a fully integrated online rater and management system. Since inception, IBQ has flourished as the only true “real time” rater, allowing agents the accuracy and efficiency of quoting their clients. With no investors or stakeholders, IBQ has stayed true to our consumers, listening and making changes to comments, opinions and feedback.
