I share a similar sentiment to the other review regarding zero to little applicants. I am currently experiencing the same. We get more applicants by posting directly to the job boards. I had posted through them to Ziprecruiter. After getting little to no activity, I decided to post directly to Ziprecruiter. I immediate received applications. I went back and asked for them to take down my posts and refund my money and they refused.

I have three job postings up through JobTarget. NO applicants. You can't speak to anyone directly, you have to set up a time to talk which can be days later. Then you're told to research how long it takes you to apply for the role (it took me less than a minute) via your own links, then you're told to buy their most expensive package commiting to a four month subscription to get better results. There are also times where the jobs don't post and you have to find this out on your own - they do not have a system of checks and balances. It's a waste of time and money to work with JobTarget. I really expected better results and at the very least, good customer service to resolve issues.

No communication, they are in the wrong business period! you cannot be in the people business and just ignore them terrible business model and that is why they are closing down their split job boards
